My original thought was an deep sea angler fish, a reverse Google image search says that it’s a black dragonfish, Idiacanthus atlanticus. 

That is incorrect, it’s known as the Black Devil, Humpback Anglerfish, or  Melanocetus johnsonii.  OP pic is of one who didn’t hold up too well during decompression.
